Location: Remote
Duration: 3 month contract to hire

What You Will Do

• Address architectural changes to the system as required to conform with Federal agency Enterprise Architecture
• Expertise in scripting languages and operating system environments
• Experience in J2EE application development and scripting language
• Experience in business process engineering to improve automation using an IAM system
• In depth experience managing and integrating with software applications that SailPointIdentityIQ manages such as LDAP Windows Active Directory Office365 Service Now and Databases
• Develop and implement system defects/enhancements for SailPoint IdentityIQ or other IAM SailPoint tools
• Experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ system upgrades
• Experience in defining and maintaining the architectural frameworks/patterns processes standards and guidelines related to systems business or data architecture
• Experience in providing technical and architectural subject matter expertise to the various teams including communicating architectural decisions and mentoring other technical staff around the various development technologies and decisions
• Experience in reviewing and assessing development design to ensure robustness adherence to standards and processes delivery of stable and scalable solutions and that risk mitigation and controls are in place
• In depth experience in collaborating with teams concerned with development networking and/or project management to coordinate changes and support enterprise technology initiatives
• Experience in conducting studies of new technologies to provide more efficient and cost effective solutions
• Experience in defining and developing documentation of architectural designs standards and processes that could affect applications under development or in production state of data or business architecture
  

What You Will Need

• BA/BS in Computer Science Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect
• Minimum 5 years experience in other technical roles such as developer or systems analyst
• Strong consultative skills at a cross functional level
• Analysis level UML activity diagrams business use cases business rules and system level features
• Experience in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF is preferred)
• Broad based platform and technical exposure and complete software development lifecycle perspective
• Good presentation & communication skills: ability to translate and clearly formulate technical issues
• Strong project and team management skills
• Experience leading and designing SailPoint IIQ implementations and upgrades
