Job Description:
Facilitates project planning provides implementation expertise ensures the SOW is being adhered to allocates appropriate resources from the supplier manages escalations and acts as a single point of contact for the duration of the Project.
Ensures that the required resources are available to complete assigned project deliverables as well as manages resource sharing across multiple initiatives.
The Engagement Manager will facilitate at minimum a weekly status or update call to ensure the Project Engagement is progressing appropriately.
Ensure delivery tasks are completed on time and according to the project schedule.
Sets frequency and type of interactions extent of involvement for stakeholders and develops a dispute resolution process.
Ensures effective communication flow among business process owners project team members and all IT functions who participate and impact the results of the project development effort.
Minimum 10 years industry experience
Minimum 5 years Project Management Experience
Minimum 3 years experience managing ServiceNow projects
Experience in a matrix environment such as a large publicly traded corporation
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified PMP
