Endur Manager - Houston TX - Hybrid - W2

client in Houston TX that is seeking an experienced Endur Manager to oversee the technical implementation and post golive support of Endur within our organization. The Endur Manager will work closely with the System Integrator and lead a team responsible for ensuring a successful implementation that meets business objectives. With a minimum of 10 years of experience the ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Endur coupled with a comprehensive understanding of the gas and power industry.

Responsibilities:
* Technical Implementation Leadership: Lead the technical implementation of Endur working closely with the System Integrator to ensure alignment with business requirements and project timelines
* Team Management: Oversee a team of technical analysts and specialists involved in the Endur implementation providing guidance support and direction throughout the process
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders including business leaders IT professionals and external vendors to ensure a coordinated approach to Endur implementation and support
* Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for Endur implementation monitoring progress managing risks and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure successful delivery
* Post GoLive Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance post golive ensuring smooth operation of Endur and addressing any issues or challenges that arise
* System Integration: Work closely with the System Integrator to facilitate seamless integration of Endur with existing systems and processes ensuring data accuracy and integrity
* Training and Knowledge Transfer: Coordinate training sessions for endusers and team members on Endur functionalities best practices and system updates to maximize utilization and effectiveness
