Job Description/ Requirement:
Proficient in business consulting with strong facilitation written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to selfmanage develop work plans and employ effective methods to navigate ambiguity and foster consensus for architectural solutions in both legacy and cloudnative paradigms.
Selfmotivated individual with the capacity to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team setting
Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.
Familiarity with Product Development Quality Regulatory and Ordering domain processes and tools within Ford or similar organizations.
Exceptional time management and digital proficiency utilizing tools such as MS Office.
Proven leadership skills in working with senior management to facilitate decisionmaking
Strong problemsolving abilities including leading problemsolving teams.
Experience in process modeling frameworks like BPMN and process automation tools
Expertise in interoperability standards and methods
Experience in liaising with external suppliers and vendors for consultancy and procurement solutions.
