Job Title: Software Developer .NET IV

Location:; Montvale NJ (Hybrid Role will need to be located near Montvale expected to come into the office twice a week)
Duration:; Long Term


Please note this role is contract to hire so candidates should be eligible to convert.

Description:
The candidate is expected to be hands on coding and leading other junior team members to code against features that have been identified.
In addition the candidate would be expected to perform development project management responsibilities:
Resource evaluation and Planning
Roadmap input & Release planning
Daily team checkins (Agile Standups)

Duties:
Coding testing and debugging programs according to computer engineering specifications Modifying expanding and updating applications Communicating with a team that includes analysts engineers and quality assurance testers in order to coordinate and document application development and testing Developing software prototypes

Skills:
Tech stack is Microsoft Azure as a platform C# / .Net programming experience Angular front end experience Azure SQL database.
Any accounting experience or building for the financial industry would be beneficial.
Experience preferred in cloud/big data environment.
Experience with SQL and nonSQL environments (Spark preferred).
Understanding of Object Oriented Design Design Patterns Service Oriented Microservices and Containers.
Expert understanding of PHP Python HTML5 JavaScript and jQuery.
Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organizationAbility to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing.
* Subject matter expert in required skill set with ability to apply concepts & lead others * Able to plan lead & organize complex deliverables that provide options for an organization to make decisions against * For emerging skill sets years of experience may matter less than depth of knowledge & expertise but traditionally may have 10 or more years of experience
