A strong understanding and background in IT services insurance technology solutions account mining and operational improvement are essential.
As a leader in our insurance vertical the candidate must bring in experience insight and credibility in insurance domain.
Excellent problem solving communication team and client management skills are essential.
Candidates must be comfortable presenting to Clevel executives and senior business and technology leaders and must be persuasive and influential. Should be able to conceptualize analyze and present solutions in the insurance domain. In addition the candidate should be skilled at developing long term relationships at senior levels within customer organizations.
Candidate is expected to drive & deliver strategic thought leadership consulting requirements solutions and technology and business process services at HCLs top insurance clients. He/She will be accountable for:
Conceptualizing developing and delivering strategic solutions and solution consulting engagements
Developing strong client relations at senior executive and CXO levels developing new business insights and delivering practical implementable solutions
Leadership responsibilities for managing practice teams setting senior level client expectations thought leadership strategic problem solving
Drive Gate 1 and Gate 2 requirements Management Conduct workshops elicit requirements and conceptualize solutions.
Leading efforts in creating industry and practice knowledge leading business research developing position papers and white papers and participating / presenting at industry conferences
Integrating solutions from across the company and bring them together in a seamless client experience
Excellent evaluation skills on products and solutions
