Job Description

The Client Service Associate plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients. This position is vital to our organization as it directly impacts client satisfaction and retention. The Client Service Associate acts as a liaison between the company and its clients ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.


Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate support
  • Address client inquiries and concerns via phone email and inperson meetings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide product/service demonstrations
  • Resolve client issues and escalate complex matters to the appropriate department
  • Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and uptodate information
  • Prepare and deliver reports to clients regarding their accounts or services
  • Assist in the development and implementation of client service policies and procedures
  • Manage and prioritize multiple client requests and tasks
  • Coordinate and participate in client meetings and presentations
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes to better serve clients
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support client retention and expansion
  • Participate in company events and client appreciation initiatives
  • Adhere to all compliance and regulatory standards


Required qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in a clientfacing role or customer service position
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Problemsolving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Understanding of financial services and products (preferred)
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to client confidentiality
  • Willingness to continuously learn and improve client service skills
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Certifications in client service or related areas (a plus)
