• In depth understanding in SAP concur expenses
• Actively be part of functional and business requirements for concur implementation
• play a key role in the implementation of Concur including system configuration user training and change management.
• Resolution of queries raised by team members and work closely with project team /IT team for resolution
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Experience in report building using cognos reporting tool
• Collect analyze and compile data related to expense reporting and in particular to Concur tool
• Identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to optimize expense reporting processes.
• Stay updated on global policies regulations and best practices related to expense reporting and Concur.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure a successful Concur deployment across the organization.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Concurrelated issues.
• Provide guidance and training to new team members on concur tool and
• Participate in hypercare supportpost Go live activities and resolve issues within defined SLA
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or related field with T&E experience
• 214 years of experience in SAP Concur
• SAP Concur certification is added advantage

• Good Communication skills
• Indepth knowledge in SAP Concur Expense
• Ability to lead end to end concur implementation testing and support project
• Should have experience in at least 1 end to end implementation.
• Logical thinking and problem solving
