Job Description
We are searching for a Senior Programmer/ Analyst to provide services as Advanced Applications Development Analyst for the clients .NET systems. This position will be fulltime and hybrid.
What Youll Do
Providing IT support for the .NET systems
Assisting with cloud migration of existing code
Providing services for the Multi Language Translation (MLT) framework
Providing design recommendations based on longterm IT organization strategy
Developing enterprise level application and custom integration solutions including major enhancements and interfaces functions and features
Using a variety of platforms to provide automated systems applications to customers
Providing expertise regarding the integration of applications across Commerce
Determining specifications then plans designs and develop the most complex and business critical software solutions utilizing appropriate software engineering processes either individually or in concert with a project team
Assisting in the most difficult support problems
Developing programming and development standards and procedures as well as programming architectures for code reuse
Having indepth knowledge of stateoftheart programming languages and objectoriented approaches in designing coding testing and debugging programs
Understanding and consistently applying the attributes and processes of current application development methodologies
Researching and maintaining knowledge in emerging technologies and possible application to Commerce
Conducting code reviews as requested
Providing support for Issues and Adjudication framework appeals State Information Data Exchange (SIDES) batches correspondences fact findings templates and claims process
Viewing both internally and externally as a technical expert and critical technical resource across multiple disciplines
Acting as an internal consultant advocate mentor and change agent. 2.0 Staff Qualifications and Performance Criteria
What Youll Need
Required:
Masters or bachelors degree in computer science information systems or other related field/equivalent work experience
A minimum of seven (7) years of design and/or development experience with .NET C# ASP .NET Oracle and SQL Server in an Ntier architecture
A minimum of three (3) years of cloud development experience
A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in .NET 4.5 and higher
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Visual Studio 2015 or higher
Demonstrated experience in objectoriented development techniques
Database design and development (Oracle/Microsoft SQL Server)
Structured Query Language (SQL) tuning
Experience with development source control Team Foundation Server (TFS)
Experience as a project leader on multiple IT projects
Experience as an expert/lead technical role. Experience working various projects/issues of high complexity that require indepth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies
Support production deployments; assist with troubleshooting deployment issues
Assist with branching/merging in support of parallel development requirements
Setup continuous integration capabilities
Setup builds transformations and deployment configurations for each environment
Develop and Maintain TFS such as build/release automation branching merging strategies roles and permissions custom task creation TFSCommand Line Interface (CLI) and build definitions Visual Studio Online/Extensible Application Markup Language (VSO/XAML)
Participate in the Technical Change Control Board activities which include code refactoring design reviews and ROM estimate for projects and enhancements
Experience with onpremises Azure DevOps and DevOps

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal state and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer utilizing a mouse keyboard and monitor
