Key Responsibilities
Integration Management: Design implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and MECM.
Configuration: Configure ServiceNow and MECM to support integration requirements and business needs.
Automation: Develop automation scripts and workflows to enhance integration efficiency.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve integration issues ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes and configurations.Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience with ServiceNow and MECM integration.
Skills: Strong understanding of ServiceNow and MECM functionalities; proficiency in scripting and workflow automation; excellent problemsolving skills.
