Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Walnut Creek CA (Onsite 2 Days a Week)

Duration: 46 Month Contract to Hire

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in Salesforce development and administration. The ideal candidate will work onsite in Walnut Creek CA for two days a week collaborating closely with our team to develop and maintain Salesforce solutions. This is a contracttohire position offering an opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Development:

  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex Visualforce and Lightning Web Components.
  • Implement solutions in Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL).

• Administration:

  • Perform administrative tasks such as user management security settings and data management.
  • Create and maintain workflows process builders and approval processes.

• Data Cloud Integration:

  • Work extensively within Data Cloud integrating and managing data across systems.

• Technical Leadership:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and administrators.
  • Ensure best practices are followed in design and implementation.

• Collaboration:

  • Work closely with business analysts project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum processes including daily standups and sprint planning sessions.

Required Skills:

• Experience:

  • 5 years of professional experience in Salesforce development and administration.
  • Strong experience in Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
  • Experience with Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience with Data Cloud is a plus.

• Certifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Developer and Administrator.
  • Sales Cloud and Service Cloud certifications are nice to have.
