Client Overview: Client Name is seeking a Content Writer to join their large team that focuses on customer and partner success. The team is responsible for highlighting customer success stories and the Content Writer will play a crucial role in writing case studies related to the implementation and usage of ERP and CRM systems in the dynamics 365 space.

Role Summary: As a Content Writer you will be responsible for writing and reviewing customer case studies collaborating with program partners and customers and ensuring the quality of the content produced.

4. What are the key responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties:

Write technical materials such as equipment materials appendices or operating and maintenance instructions

Organize and complete writing assignments according to set standards

Maintain records and files of work and revisions

Collaborate with clients to establish technical specifications for publications

5. What experience are we looking for to drive success

MUSTHave Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a technical field such as computer science or English journalism communications

5 years of experience in excellent writing and editing of content

Knowledgeable about ERP and CRM systems implementation and usage for case studies

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Prior experience with Microsoft products

Strong research and writing capabilities

Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects

Ability to meet deadlines and deliver highquality work
