Job Description: We are seeking a talented and resultsdriven Marketing Specialist to join our team in Freehold NJ. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies managing campaigns and analyzing performance metrics to ensure the success of our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels including digital social media email and traditional media.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign performance and ROI.
• Create and manage content for marketing materials including blog posts newsletters social media posts and promotional content.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce highquality marketing collateral.
• Manage and optimize SEO and PPC campaigns to increase online visibility and traffic.
• Monitor competitors’ marketing activities and trends to stay ahead of the market.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles digital marketing and SEO/SEM strategies.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g. Google Analytics HubSpot Hootsuite).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
