As a Business Analyst IAM you will:

• Translate highlevel complex targets into designs and blueprints for solutions aligning with Product Owners DevOps teams and other stakeholders.
  
• Develop crossdomain solutions with highvalue results.
  
• Work independently within the general departmental objectives planning and organizing activities within the department.
  
• Act as a sparring partner for business the development team product owner and other stakeholders.
  
• Stay abreast of the latest market and technological developments and incorporate these into your designs.
  
• Ensure the DevOps team has the right information to translate your capabilities towards a solution design.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• Academic thinking and work level with a Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant field of expertise.
  
• Knowledge and implementation experience with common IAM protocols for authentication authorization user provisioning and single signon such as OAuth OpenID Connect SAML Bearer Token Kerberos/NTLM LDAP authentication SCIM.
  
• Strong creation and writing skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English.
  
• Strong requirement analysis skills.
  
• Experience in networking.
  
• Mastery in data insights.
  

You should possess the ability to:

• Understand complex business problems and recommend solutions through processes and systems.
  
• Monitor the quality of work delivered by other Business Analysts and help them improve.
  
• Translate business requirements into designs aligned with the chosen business and IT architecture framework.
  
• Work collaboratively with a team demonstrating a gogetter attitude and a commitment to highquality products.
  
• Bring at least 5 years of relevant experience in IAM solutions and protocols.
