The VP of Marketing will drive Skaleets marketing strategy overseeing all marketing activities to enhance brand visibility generate leads and support sales efforts. Additionally the VP of Marketing will create and drive marketing processes in line with sales processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the fintech industry and a proven track record in B2B marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plan to scale business revenue
- Partner with the CRO CEO and leadership team to determine product positioning using market trends competition and evolving customer needs to inform analysis
- Develop and own a complete content strategy (inclusive of content creation product marketing SEO sales enablement and brand awareness)
- Partner with the CRO to manage the sales funnel (including ICP determination marketing process and measurement of efficiency of each stage of the funnel) and ensure a true partnership between marketing and sales
- Drive lead generation through targeted campaigns and partnerships
- Manage marketing budget and optimize spend for maximum ROI
- Manage external agencies to efficiently deliver on targets and keep track of initiatives undertaken
- Manager and build a proficient team
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on fintech or SaaS platforms.
- Great storyteller with an ability to articulate value propositions
- Proven track record of creating and implementing processes
- Resultsoriented with an ownership mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
