We are now looking for Senior Fullstack Developers to help us create innovative products in the energy sector. Our developers work in crossfunctional teams across the entire project lifecycle. They are involved in identifying the problems building prototypes and experiments to validate their solutions. They also work closely with product managers UX designers and other developers to solve challenging issues. What will you do

As a Senior Fullstack Developer at ElBits you will be working with one of our crossfunctional teams to create valuable services and products. We have teams working with everything from web applications and data platforms to internal tools and platforms that will solidify Elbits as a stable secure and efficient tech environment. You can expect variety and your responsibilities will touch upon every phase of development from idea to finished product.

We would like you to have the ability to work effectively through all of the layers of our products and that you wish to contribute to the ongoing evaluation of new technologies that we can use. At Elbits you can experience a daytoday where you focus on the set goals that we work towards as well as needing to switch focus and prioritize when needed.

Were still evolving and discovering what our technology stack will be. So far were taking a pragmatic approach to languages and frameworks were trying to use the best tool for each task and to support teams by using languageagnostic technologies when possible.

Typical responsibilities can include:

• Design develop and maintain backend and frontend applications in a variety of contexts.
• Create Proof of Concepts and prototypes for new products.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges during the development process.
• Contribute to improving our solutions and workflows within different areas.
• Help us explore best practices but also set a standard for how we work with the most efficient technologies for our purpose.

We are looking for skilled and motivated developers ready to learn explore and help ElBits make the right technical choices for our products. We value candidates who show a strong motivation to learn and grow regardless of their previous work experience.

Who are we looking for

• At least 45 years of software development experience. Whether your expertise lies primarily in backend or frontend being versatile across the stack is valued.
• Someone with experience with or a desire to work with software development in a fastpaced innovative and at times complex environment.
• Ability to write code in one or a few different languages and is not afraid to pick up and learn new ones.
• Someone who thrives in an environment where we navigate uncertainty with continuous learning and iteration.
• Experience with being able to adapt and thrive in an environment characterized by change and innovation and be willing to address various issues as they arise.
• Have an outcomebased mentality.
