Job Summary:

The Communications Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and executing the company’s communication strategies. This position involves coordinating internal and external communications creating compelling content and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute communication plans that align with organizational goals
  • Create and curate engaging content for various channels including website blog newsletters and social media platforms
  • Manage social media accounts including scheduling posts monitoring comments and engaging with followers
  • Coordinate media interviews and prepare talking points and press releases
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for increased visibility
  • Maintain and update media and stakeholder contact lists
  • Assist in organizing and promoting events including press conferences webinars and workshops
  • Support internal communication efforts such as drafting internal announcements and newsletters

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
