- Respond to client inquiries via email in an efficient and effective manner
- Become a reliable point of contact for each client to help establish a strong business relationship.
- Interact with clients to understand deliverables and expectations
- Identify develop and maintain relations with potential clients to drive billed revenue for attaining set revenue targets
- Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients.
- Coordinate with various departments within the organization including support service technology and manage resources in order to ensure seamless functioning of the client accounts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Marketing/Content Agency experience (preferred)
- Enthusiastic energetic imaginative a clear communicator in person and in writing.
