KEY ROLE AREAS

1. To work with Head of Excellence on top strategic initiatives with respect to structuring and streamlining existing operational flows across organization.
   
2. Engage with respective teams to understand current process map out key process improvements required; build SOPs execute and monitor closely till process is stabilized
   
3. Extensive coordination with internal as well as external stakeholders to fast pace improvements
   
4. Identify key data metrics to track progress around the strategic initiatives and work closely with data team on the execution.
   
5. Identify product initiatives needed to drive improvements; jot down detailed BRDs and work closely with product team to get the products executed.
