Senior NET Software Engineer

Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Senior .NET Software Engineer where you will take a pivotal role in integrating API connections with major flight suppliers (LCC Airlines NDC Channels and GDS systems like Amadeus Sabre & Travel port) into our proprietary engine. This role involves both supervising and handson coding where you will guide and mentor the backend development team while ensuring seamless connectivity with our new UI/UX design.

Key Responsibilities:

API Integration and Maintenance: Develop and maintain robust API integrations with flight suppliers ensuring high reliability and performance of our travel booking engine.

Technical Supervising: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers enhancing their skills and fostering a culture of excellence.

Code Development: Participate in handson development including coding (as a backend developer or fullstack developer) feature implementation and system optimization to meet our technical and business requirements.

Quality Assurance: Oversee code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices.

Contribute to the testing debugging and troubleshooting processes.

Project Execution: Manage the lifecycle of software projects from planning to deployment ensuring timely delivery in alignment with strategic goals.

Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including UI/UX designers and product managers to deliver a cohesive and functional end product.

Performance Management and Career Development: Evaluate the performance of team members provide constructive feedback.

Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in software development. Drive process improvements and adopt agile methodologies.

Requirements

Minimum of Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field;

At least 5 years of experience in software development specifically with .NET technologies (C# ASP.NET MVC Web API Entity Framework SQL Server);

Strong proficiency in frontend technologies (JavaScript HTML5 CSS3) is desirable;

Excellent problemsolving skills attention to detail and the ability to lead in a dynamic environment;

Prior leadership or managerial experience is highly preferred;
