The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing business related tasks for the team such as organizing travel manage social media accounts creating reports and other organizational tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Researching and conducting data research to prepare documents for review for Business Development team.
- Help prepare for client meetings.
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate team member.
- Making travel arrangements for executives.
- Performing office duties that include ordering office supplies and managing a records database.
- Monitor analyze and report on performance and trends across various social media platforms.
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with business goals.
- Create videos blogs and presentations for various social media platforms.
- Measure the success of each social media campaign by using various analytics tools.
- Analyze user engagement (e.g. clickthrough and bounce rates).
- Report on web traffic from all social media.
Qualifications:
- Highschool or equivalent.
- A college degree in business marketing or other related areas preferred.
- Eligible to work in the US.
- One (1) year experience in social media marketing.
- Proficient use of MS Office Suite.
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong analytics problem solving and decisionmaking skills.
