Functioning within the Health Systems mission vision values policies and procedures. The LPN functions as a partner to the Registered Nurse to provide quality patient care. The LPNs responsibilities include collecting data and implementing and evaluating nursing care.

• 3 Years of HH Experience Required
• HomeCare HomeBase EMR Experience Required
• BLS (AHA) Required
