Data Analyst (A/B Platform) Data Analyst (A/BPlatform) Department: Analytics Employment Type: Full Time Location: Remote Description We are lookingfor an A/B Testing Platform Data Analyst to play a key role in Tabbys growth. A/B platform analyst will work closely with our Core Development team to drive the evolution of our internal A/Bplatform and A/B testingrelated processes in the company. We expectyou to be the source of truth in A/B testing methodology andpromote experimentation culture across Tabby. Youll be working witha crossfunctional team in a tight collaboration with Analysts Product and Developers Teams. Key Responsibilities A/BTesting Platform Development: Support the development andenhancement of the A/B testing platform to meet organizationalneeds from the early stage. Ensure the platforms scalabilityreliability and adaptability to changing businessrequirements. Performance Evaluation: Conductthorough analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of the A/B testingplatform. Implement metrics and KPIs to measure success andidentify areas for improvement. Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of A/B tests conducted acrossvarious teams. Develop and enforce best practices standards andmethodologies to ensure accurate and reliable testresults. Cultural Advocacy: Act as a championfor the organizations culture of testing and experimentation. Educate and train teams on the importance of A/B testing itsmethodologies and its impact on decisionmakingprocesses. Skills Knowledge and Expertise Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a data/productanalyst (MUST) Experience in designing andconducting A/B tests (MUST) Experience in leading A/B testing processenhancement across the company (MUST) Strong understanding of statistical analysis experimentaldesign and hypothesis testing Proficiency inSQL and relational databases Experience inplanning data structures for new products and features. Knowledge of Python (Pandas Numpy Statsmodels Matplotlibetc.) Experience in data visualization toolsparticularly Tableau is a plus Strongquantitative skills and a structured approach to problemsolving. Ability to analyze issues identify root causes and recommendsolutions.
