Sales representative for New built project

Propertissimo is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to manage our sales office for our exclusive project Bayview Hills Collection in Nerja. This is an exceptional opportunity to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in coordinating viewings with both direct clients and other agents managing ongoing client communications updating advertisements and becoming the expert on our project. Tasks

• Actively promote and sell properties in the project of Bayview Hills Collection.
• Provide clients with detailed information about the project including features pricing and benefits.
• Conduct property tours to available units
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and real estate agents
• Handle inquiries via phone email and inperson.
• Assist clients through the entire sales process from initial contact to closing
• Create and update adverts for the project.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

Experience in sales prefereably within the real estate industry.

Strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Knowledge of newbuild projects and the building process will be benificial.

You must be fluent in English and Spanish. Additional languages such as German Dutch Swedish and Polish are highly beneficial.
