This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving our groups finance department forward efficiently and working at the intersection of traditional Finance and DeFi/digital assets. Aufgaben

Financial Company Infrastructure & Tooling:

• Lead the development and maintenance of the internal financial infrastructure and tooling at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets.
• Design efficient and datedriven financial processes in order to enhance automation.

Treasury Management:

• Manage company bank accounts and oversee transactions.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective treasury management including the handling of both fiat and digital assets.

Controlling:

• Build out performance indicators and data tracking tools for the Fund that cover all venture capital and digital asset transactions.
• Monitor and report on financial performance.

Accounting Tax and Audit Collaboration:

• Oversee expense and invoice management processes.
• Collaborate on basic tax burden forecasting and review tax declarations.
• Work closely with external accountants and auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.

Qualifikation

• Min. of 3 years of professional experience in (corporate/startup) finance accounting investment management or equivalent fields.
• Strong financial engineering skills combined with a datacentric mindset.
• Project management skills with a solutionoriented style of work and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced collaborative environment with a high level of integrity professionalism and adaptability.
• Languages: German and English; thereof one language at native speaker level; the respective foreign language fluently spoken and written (min. C1).

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with venture capital/private equity fund management including fund modeling and exit modeling.
• Financial modeling and core KPI development for portfolio support with a focus on financial health.
• Experience with exit transactions (sellside) in public markets preferably involving listed digital assets.
• Expertise in treasury management and the handling of the respective financial instruments. Experience with digital assets and DeFi is a plus.
