Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Staying uptodate with the companys training services.
• Collaborating with the inhouse team to develop promotional activities.
• Helping customers with their queries and advising them on the services.
• Building and maintaining longterm business relations with customers with Colleges and institutions.
• Interact with students to promote services and programs.
• Manage and execute online marketing campaigns targeting students.
• Conduct occasional outdoor meetings with Principals and officials to organize events.
• Work with the existing database of students to drive engagement and business growth.
• Attending and participating in conferences and sessions to upgrade your skills
• Gathering customer feedback via phone calls and emails.
• Conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities
• Creating and maintaining a database of potential customers
• Making outbound calls and sending promotional emails

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Business Management or a related field.
• Prior work experience in Business Development at Training organization will be preferred.
• Exceptional Fresh candidates will also be considered.
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated individual
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• A team player as well as able to work independently
• Ability to offer excellent customer service.
