3 months contract with Redditch Borough council

Job Summary:

Experienced Officer who manages rent arrears currently and meet the essential requirements.

Delivering an efficient rent collection service

Managing a caseload of rent accounts for tenants who have fallen into arrears.

Identifying support needs of customers and offering basic benefits & welfare advice and guidance

Making referrals or signposting to relevant agencies

Taking the appropriate legal action to recover any outstanding debts and if required represent at court proceedings and evictions

Location: Hybrid with 23 days in the office and home visits

Duration of assignment: 3 months

Working hours: 37 hours
