Job Title: SAP Integration ArchitectLead

Location: Manchester UK

Duration: 6 Month contract with Inside IR35

Working Model: Hybrid (23 days onsite in a week)

Position Overview:
The Lead Integration Architect for SAP Projects will be responsible for designing developing and implementing integration solutions to connect SAP systems with various enterprise applications. This role will lead the integration strategy ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in SAP integration technologies and a strong understanding of business processes.


Key Responsibilities:

Integration Strategy and Design:
Develop and implement integration architecture to support SAP projects.
Lead the creation of integration roadmaps and strategic plans.
Ensure alignment of integration solutions with business requirements and IT strategy.

Technical Leadership:
Provide technical leadership and guidance to integration teams.
Oversee the design development and deployment of integration solutions using SAP technologies such as SAP PI/PO SAP CPI and API Management.
Ensure integration solutions adhere to best practices standards and compliance requirements.

Project Management:
Lead integration projects including planning execution and monitoring.
Collaborate with project managers business analysts and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Manage risks and issues related to integration activities.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with business units to understand their integration needs and requirements.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure integration solutions meet business objectives.
Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to nontechnical stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay current with SAP integration technologies and industry trends.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in integration technologies.



Required Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT with a focus on SAP integration.
Proven experience leading integration projects and teams.
Extensive knowledge of SAP integration technologies (SAP PI/PO SAP CPI API Management etc.).

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in designing and developing integration solutions.
Strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points.
Experience with middleware technologies and tools.
Knowledge of cloud integration platforms and services.

Soft Skills:
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.


Preferred Qualifications:
SAP certification in relevant integration technologies.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP cloud solutions.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
