Job Description:
- Make a positive impact on childrens lives by providing a safe nurturing and stimulating environment for them to learn and grow.
- Play a crucial role in supporting childrens social emotional physical and cognitive development through engaging activities and play.
- Collaborate with other nursery staff and parents/caregivers to ensure a seamless learning experience for each child.
- Maintain accurate records of childrens progress and report any concerns to the Nursery Manager.
- Uphold the nurserys policies and procedures including health and safety protocols.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment fostering teamwork and excellence.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 months experience working in nurseries OR
Currently working towards a recognized childcare qualification OR
Preferably a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years.
A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and the 7 areas of learning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their wellbeing.
The ability to work effectively within a team environment.
A dedication to maintaining a safe and inclusive learning space.
