Job Description:
- Make a positive impact on childrens lives by providing a safe nurturing and stimulating environment for them to learn and grow.
- Play a crucial role in supporting childrens social emotional physical and cognitive development through engaging activities and play.
- Collaborate with other nursery staff and parents/caregivers to ensure a seamless learning experience for each child.
- Maintain accurate records of childrens progress and report any concerns to the Nursery Manager.
- Uphold the nurserys policies and procedures including health and safety protocols.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment fostering teamwork and excellence.

Lead and inspire a team of dedicated childcare professionals to deliver outstanding care and education to children. Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, staff, and external stakeholders. Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
