You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe Business SME JD: • Lead the implementation and enhancement of Front to Back office fund administration strategic solutions
• Support requirements and design of IBOR / Shadow NAV / Cash flow forecasting / Pre trade compliance solutions for product enhancements and new initiatives.
• Evaluate and define business requirements from multiple stakeholders for development and implementation.
• Take full responsibility for solution delivery. This includes facilitating meetings running workshop sessions obtaining signoff of acceptance criteria and managing implementation.
• Analyse and document business processes / process flow and perform target operating model reviews.
• Escalation of delays and prompt communication of any emerging risks and challenges.
• Identify where new functionality could be usefully implemented and offer efficiencies in operations.
• Support senior leadership with driving department initiatives and projects.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders clients third parties
• Identify areas of high risk and regular issues and assist to improve controls and processes in place to mitigate risk.
• Perform other duties as assigned and incidental to the work described above. Passion for Clients and Openness and Honesty Qualifications
• Proven understanding of front to back office fund administration services
• Experience working in Agile environment
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence senior stakeholders
• Sound knowledge of working with large datasets APIs PostgreSQL PowerBI JIRA
• Ability to work with a high level of precision in a fast paced environment
• The ability to work well independently as well as within a team framework
• Working knowledge of Fund Administration/banking workflows is an asset
• BS/BA in business economics finance accounting
• Have a strong work ethic
• MS Office skills and be proficient in MS Visio
• Experience with system analysis and documenting all aspects of business processes
• Experience working in the alternative investment fund services is preferred
• Experience working with banking and alternative investment fund services systems like Geneva or Investran or Finbourne is preferred Preference will be given to candidates who have: 5 years' experience in Business Analysis Working knowledge of Advent Geneva will be an advantage Performed a similar role
