Business Development Manager Construction

JOB SPECIFICATION

Reports to: Head of Sales (Construction)

Contract: Permanent

Based: Altrincham (North England)

Salary: Up to 45k (dependant on experience) OTE 60k

Flexible working: We are keen to support flexible working opportunities and there may be flexibility in working hours following successful completion of probation period and business needs.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a smart ambitious Business Development Manager to join our Construction Sales team. Ideally you will have experience in a businesstobusiness solution sales environment. You will be an effective communicator with a thirst for success. Ability to make tight deadlines and achieve KPIs. You will be responsible for delivering new sales within the construction sector. You will be responsible for leveraging the Prime Secure value proposition learning and understanding the client s needs and tailoring a solution to suit. You will be a team player building on your own performance and sharing strategies and plans with your colleagues to achieve common goals and KPI s.

  • You are an ambitious and dynamic new business hunter capable of prospecting within a target sector and gaining the opportunity win new contracts

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As Business Development Manager within the Construction sector you re accountable for delivering new business against our ambitious sales targets.

As such we see the key responsibilities of the role as being:

  • Personal Sales target revenue and system sales
  • Strong at coldcalling and chasing down leads
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Report accurate Forecast Pipeline and Activity data
  • Deliver on site presentations to clients
  • Attend Sales/Product training days
  • Liaise with Service Managers (Site Surveys)
  • Attend Meet the Buyers Exhibitions
  • Utilise social media lead generation resources and network effect effectively to grow your profile in our market sectors.
