Core Responsibilities includes:
- Develop and implement various standard monitoring protocols (including questionnaires and survey designs) for different programmes research studies and third party assignments
- Lead M&E system and process development creating a framework and procedures for the monitoring and evaluation of project activities.
- Develop proposals for conducting baseline studies process review monitoring and evaluation studies and impact assessment studies for various donor/partner organizations.
- Manage field based data & information.
- Supervise data management and analysis in the required software.
- Provide Consultation and provide input in synthesizing a process for utilizing baseline information in documentation
- Ensure all project reports are produced on time with high quality.
- Assist in evaluation of different donors projects/programmes.
- Design M&E training for inhouse Teams when required.
- Define and implement the key project performance indicators (KPI) as well as monitor them throughout the duration of the projects.
- Perform field visits to ensure the quality of data collected by Programs and to verify the accuracy of reported data.
- Review and analyze weekly reports to identify the causes of potential bottlenecks in project implementation and to enhance quality of reporting
Experience and Qualifications: The candidate is expected to possess the following:
- Strong communication & Data Management skills
- Demonstrate ability to write quality reports (clientready) within the set time frame
- Total work experience of 1015 years; with strong monitoring evaluation & research background
- Any graduate with an MBA in Finance/ Economics & Statistics preferred & experience in the social sector is desirable.
