RSPP amp HSE Manager

We are currently looking for a RSPP & HSE Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible of the prevention and protection service (D.Lgs 81/08 art. 32)
• Being in charge of activities such as DVR updates employee health surveillance management workplace definition DUVRI Management etc...
• Developing procedures of the Environment Health and Safety management (based on EHS requirements)
• Ensures by auditing the best Safety level and training on HSE topics
• Check and manages non conformities relating to procedures/best practices in terms of EHS protection
• Evaluates the impact of internal processes on EHS and support the identification of improvements
• Manages relations with Certification and Notified Bodies and the workers representative for safety (RLS)
• Manage the implementation of safety programs compliance plans and initiatives
• Being responsible in case of emergency situations
• Accountable for the investigation of incidents and property damage incidents ensure followup is done to minimize future exposure and proper records/documents are maintained
• Conduct coordinate and track training to ensure company compliance with legislative compliance obligations.
• Maintain internal and external regulatory reports including but not limited to air storm water and surface water discharge and act as a primary contact for all regulatory bodies in matter of inspections permitting reporting (Waste Safety Air Water ecc)
• Keep Company update of any safety and environmental law or regulation changes that impact the organization
• Prevent potential accidents through analysis of residual risks in the Plant
• Management of building maintenance of services related to buildings (cleaning pest control coffee area etc.)
• Management of services porivders (energy water compressed air... )

About You

• Background in Industrial/ Chemical/ Pharma/ engineering
• Extensive knowledge of EHS regulatory standards and compliance
• Experience with facilities of machinery and equipment
• Proven experience as maintenance manager or related
• Extensive Knowledge of D. Lgs. 81/08 (Italian Laws)
• Experience with the engagement of stakeholders to understand interests and priorities
• ABC RSPP Courses
• Proficency in English
