Location: Clay IN (Refer to map located under reference tab for district 7)

Duration: 6 Months

Purpose of Position/Summary:

A Local Administrative Specialist works within the Indiana Department of Healths Mobile Response Operations Mobile Teams. This position will serve in a designated geographical area in the state of Indiana as their primary focal location. This position will coordinate with team members and management to assist with public health coordinated outreach and conduct of vaccine and testing locations. This position will be the primary individual on their team who works with all aspects regarding the registration of individuals in different designated websites to receive the appropriate testing or vaccines required by all ages of individuals. This position will also assist in any setup and demobilization of resources while also working with team members to track multiple resources used by the team that can differ from day to day as well as by mission type.

Essential Duites/ Responsabilit s :

This positions primary role is to be the subject matter expert on client registration for the opportunities being offered by the Mobile Response Teams

Show the ability to adapt to different community environments throughout the state of Indiana.

Assist in any crowd control and flow with individuals either on foot or in a vehicle.

Demonstrate the ability to handle tracking of extremely different resources used by the Mobile Response team.

Maintain proficiency and receive routine or assigned inperson and digital training in procedures for their position.

Assist in the setting up conduct and demobilization of all sites assigned to individuals.

Job Requirements:

Demonstrate the ability to use all technical registration/computer systems used by the team.

Conduct yourself in a manner that demonstrates professional and state conduct policies and procedures.

Complete assigned tasks by Mobile Response Lead that can change from day to day.

Handles all changes in policy and procedures as needed.

Demonstration good interpersonal skills vital to working with different communities.

Ability to work with changing environments in different weather conditions time of day or days of the week

Responsibility:

The position will play a vital role in the successful and efficient conduct of activities related to the agencys mobile response operations program. Employees will work with external and internal partners to ensure Mobile Response Operation (MRO) teams can effectively and timely perform their roles and responsibilities. The employee will work independently and with supervision to make wise decisions concerning program conduct. Employees will actively participate in the development and maintenance of all MROrelated activities.
