Job Description
Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: San Diego CA
Job Description:
- Effectively lead and facilitating scrum and scaled agile ceremonies for multiple scrum teams and deliver on our Development Backlog
- Coordinate/manage dependencies and help remove impediments.
- Ensuring all work is tracked in the backlog for both PI and sprint planning accurately tracks/balances work across team members.
- Leading and coordinating logistics for Agile ceremonies and practices e.g. backlog maintenance DoR/DoD sprint planning daily scrum and retrospectives.
- Bachelor in relevant technical field. M.S. degree preferred.
- Previous handson software development experience is required.
- 3 years experience in a scrum master role or similar role.
- Experience using JIRA Confluence MS Teams Azure DevOps.
