UX/UI Designer (Contract with potential for fulltime)
Location: Remote (Monthly onsite meetings required)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled UX/UI Designer to join our product team on a three month contract basis with the potential for a fulltime role based on performance. This position requires a deep understanding of user experience design especially in a B2B context and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced startup environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in architecture or related fields bringing a keen eye for detail and a selfmanaging work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product management team to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction visuals and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final handoff to engineering.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Create wireframes storyboards user flows process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability.
- Establish and promote design guidelines best practices and standards.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executivelevel stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design with at least 2 years in a B2B environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and the ability to solve usability issues.
- Proficiency in Figma Photoshop Illustrator OmniGraffle or other visual design and wireframing tools.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to usersystem interaction.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Up to date with the latest UX trends techniques and technologies.
- Experience in creating wireframes storyboards user flows process flows.
- Effective communication skills required to work remotely and collaborate with a distributed team.
- Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Additional Qualifications:
- A background in architecture or related fields is highly preferred.
- Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus.
Contract Terms:
- 3month contract with the potential for conversion to fulltime based on performance evaluation.
- Remote work setup with mandatory onsite meetings once a month.
