WAS Admin (WAS 8.5.V and IHS Mandate)
Educational Qualification BE/B.Tech (any branch)/ MCA/M.Tech/ MSC IT MSC CS
Work Location Chennai
24/ 7 Support Environment
Banking industry experience (Good to have)
Documents required for BV purpose
(Must have EPFO service history records with supporting documents for past 5 years)
v ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
v Deploying WAC configuration files and verifies status after deployment.
v Coordinating with QK regarding escalation of the sites.
v Generation of Downtime report Read time out report Incident report Daily Activities report.
v Coordination with all the merchants branch and core team.
v Preparing reports of health of all the sites and keeping relevant stakeholders informed.
v Escalating issues to higher level till their closure.
v Deployment of EAR & WAR files on Web Sphere Application Server and Network Deployment Manger in Production.
v Synching of application EAR & WAR files on Web Sphere Application Server and Network Deployment Manger in DR .
v Creating Nodes clusters and cluster members.
v Generating and implementing the SSL certificates in Different environments.
v Configured WebSphere Application Server with Database.
v Configuring of JDBC Providers Data Source Virtual Hosting.
v Troubleshooting Application issues during peak time.
v As per the requirements planning and implementation of Fix packs refresh packs & Migration of version.
v Monitoring the application servers (SBI and associate banks sbi.co.in and MAB).
v Monitoring Prod DR Preprod and Dev environments.
v Preparation for standalone DR and IBCE DR dril activity
v Intimating to all customers about DR activity and Downtime.
v Monitoring application logs of all running applications.
v Providing out of hours cover as agreed with the Team Leader.
v Interface proactively with other Infrastructure support teams such as UNIX Windows Network Storage Monitoring etc.
v Document issues and associated resolutions to problems.
v Prepare documentation and presentation of progress reports to customers
