Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Managing employee relations and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Developing and implementing training and development programs to support employee growth and retention.
- Leading performance management processes including goal setting performance reviews and feedback sessions.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Contributing to strategic planning initiatives to support organizational growth and success.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Master s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent leadership presentation communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
