Job Description
About the job We are looking for a Project Manager cum Business Analyst who will be the vital link between IT team and business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical building testing and deployment tasks of our software product s features
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
Experience working as project manager / scrum master
Ownership of project for time cost and quality
Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
Define reporting and alerting requirements
Own and develop relationship with partners working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
Help design document and maintain system processes
Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
Communicate key insights and findings to product team
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
Ability to liaise with the business and gather/understand requirements.
Analyze the needs of large systems and break them down into smaller manageable parts and suggest the best framework and systems to be used
Helping team to resolve technical issues
Drive and implement process improvement items as the opportunity is presented
Should be hands on experience in leading agile teams by working closely with stakeholders in prioritizing features/epics.
Manage all peoples aspects from talent acquisition motivation mentoring and retention.
Own the development delivery and 24/7 support of the applications
Handson experience in Agile based development.
Liaise with the project management team to promote good work practices & continuous improvement
