- Role Art Director
- Location Pune
- CTC upto 1012 LPA based on the interview
- Education Bachelor s/Master s Degree in Fine Arts/Marketing/Advertising
- Experience min 6yrs relevant work experience
Responsibility
*Minimum 6 years of experience in Designing & Visualization (Agency experience preferred) The ability to manage a team of Senior Graphic Designers Graphic Designers & Visualizers
*The expertise to help & guide your team with visual ideas daily for Branding & Digital Marketing
*The expertise to review your team s designs & ensure the quality is intact
*The knowledge to generate training material for team enhancement & conduct regular sessions
*The skills for enhancing the team s creative visualization capabilities
*The skills to work in hand with the Copy Head for ensuring high quality of all allocated deliverables
* The ability to decode briefs and make them understandable for the team
*The acumen to expand your team s efficiency & stimulate spontaneity within them
*The expertise to work closely with creative supervisors for campaign planning strategizing & execution
visualization,training,strategizing,branding,creative visualization,campaign planning,management,designing,execution,design assistance,digital marketing,graphic arts
