Job Description:
As a Customer Experience Intern at LeadMint Technologies you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless user experience for our app users. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer support addressing user queries concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to User Queries: Provide prompt and courteous responses to user inquiries via email.
2. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve user issues effectively escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
3. User Engagement: Proactively engage with users to gather feedback identify pain points and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience.
4. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of user interactions feedback and resolutions in our support ticketing system.
5. Quality Assurance: Monitor user interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in our app and support processes.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Product Development and Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and usercentric product improvements.
7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product features updates and industry best practices to provide accurate and uptodate information to users.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with customer support tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
Basic understanding of customer experience principles and user engagement strategies.
Education and Experience:
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree.
Previous experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous but not required.
