Role and Responsibilities:
As an HR Intern at Kirana Club youll undertake a multifaceted role including but not limited to:
> Facilitate smooth recruitment processes.
> Provide administrative support including maintaining records and assisting with onboarding procedures.
> Contribute to fostering a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
> Support daytoday HR operations and ongoing projects aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:
> Final year student or Graduate (UG/PG/MBA).
> Prior internship experience in HR or related field.
