KRAs:
Endtoend ownership for MP & AP performance
1. Owns the budgets for the location
2. Has a selfgoal sheet to Lead by Example and have adequate SOC
3. Networks continuously to get good FTAPs from Market
4. Ensure APs and LAs incomes in location exceed benchmarks
5. Coach MPs and APs on management/sales skills and career growth
6. Contact APs who are falling short of CMC criteria to reactivate them
7. Works closely with the training team to organize regulatory and skill development programs
8. Propagates the career option amongst the LAs in the branch
9. Owns the Rookie AP induction and development program
10. Arrange/attend outdoor promotional events and seminars on recruitment awareness customer events HNI priority etc.
11. Grow the representation of advisors and BA s from his location on Conventions MDRT and R&R etc.
12. Ensure the desired product mix of the Branch
13. Deal with and escalate compliance issues
