Role: Business Development Manager
Company: Leading provider of Music as a Service.
Location: Bangalore

Role:
As a Business Development Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business within the music industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities establishing strategic partnerships and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market presence. Your expertise and passion for music combined with strong business acumen will contribute to the success of our company.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners and decisionmakers to foster strategic alliances and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and potential areas for expansion.
  • Analyze market data and competitor activities to develop competitive strategies and differentiate our services.
  • Attend industry events conferences and networking functions to represent the company and identify new leads.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments emerging technologies and trends to identify potential business opportunities.

Experience: What you bring to the company
  • Proven track record of success in business development preferably within the HORECA (hotel recreation caf ) and retail industry.
  • Strong network and existing relationships within the HORECA (hotel recreation caf & Retail industry.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify innovative solutions to business challenges.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in business administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customercentric approach.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Strong communication interpersonal & articulation skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to resolving client issues.
  • Professionalism integrity and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
  • Good command on spoken Kannada is a plus.

Remuneration Rs 3 7 LPA Lakhs per annum (CTC) plus other general employee benefits (It is not a constraint for a good candidate) plus Incentives as per company norms.
