Job Description

Overview:

The Housekeeping Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness hygiene and overall appearance of the facility. This position is crucial in maintaining a positive and safe environment for both guests and staff. The Housekeeping Assistant will be responsible for various cleaning tasks and providing support to the housekeeping team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as Bad Making Room Cleaning vacuuming dusting mopping and laundry
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness in public areas Restaurant Pool including hallways and restrooms
  • Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are stocked and maintained
  • Handle guest requests and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Adhere to health and safety standards at all times
  • Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
  • Follow established procedures for waste management and disposal
  • Support any additional housekeeping duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role
  • Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and products
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Flexibility to work in shifts including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
