Chief Financial Officer

1. Fundraising Experience:
2. Lead fundraising efforts by identifying and pursuing various sources of capital including venture capital private equity debt financing and strategic partnerships.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with investors financial institutions and other stakeholders to secure funding for the companys growth initiatives.
4. Evaluate and negotiate financing terms and structures to optimize the companys capital structure and minimize costs.
5. IPO Experience (if applicable):
6. Lead the company through the IPO process working closely with legal accounting and other relevant stakeholders.
7. Develop and execute strategies to prepare the company for public listing including financial reporting compliance and governance requirements.
8. Coordinate with external advisors and underwriters to ensure a successful IPO process.
9. Understanding of Business & Metrics:
10. Provide financial leadership and strategic guidance to the executive team and the board of directors.
11. Develop and implement financial plans budgets and forecasts aligned with the companys strategic objectives.
12. Analyze key financial and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive performance optimization.
13. Investor Relations:
14. Serve as the primary point of contact for investors analysts and other external stakeholders.
15. Communicate the companys financial performance strategy and key developments to investors through presentations earnings calls and meetings.
16. Build and maintain strong relationships with the investor community to enhance the companys credibility and valuation.
17. Startup Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven track record of successful fundraising and IPO experience in highgrowth companies.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with a passion for building and developing highperforming teams.
• Prior experience in the retail industry or related sectors is highly desirable.
