Responsibilities:
Leading and managing a team of engineers designers and researchers in developing new products and technologies.
Setting research and development goals objectives and strategies in alignment with the companys overall vision and objectives.
Overseeing the entire product development process from concept ideation to prototype testing to final production.
Conducting market research and staying up to date on industry trends to identify new opportunities for innovation.
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams such as marketing sales and manufacturing to ensure seamless product development and launch.
Managing budgets timelines and resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Ensuring that all products meet quality standards regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
Encouraging a culture of creativity innovation and continuous improvement within the R&D team.
Building and maintaining relationships with external partners suppliers and research institutions to leverage expertise and resources.
Reporting on R&D activities progress and results to senior management and stakeholders.
