Working Days: 6 Days/ WFO

Experience: 610 years

Requirements:

Must have experience of 6 to 8 years in Banking collection & Agency Management

Shall be responsible for building a team & business generation through them

Will have to handle the entire Bangalore Geography initially

Shall be responsible for sourcing servicing and logging in the Overdue Collections

Must have experience in sourcing business from Builders and underconstruction projects

Must have exposure to team handling role

New Initiatives

Portfolio Management

Taking care of team productivity and business

Achieving the geo targets

Manage both internal & external channels for business expansion &

development

Understanding the intricacies of various cases and filtering them so that only appropriate cases

are put up for approval

Responsible for maintaining a good loan portfolio for business in the Allocated Branch.

Required Experience

Experience in Home Loan / LAP through Builder segment / APF

Should have had exposure to Approved Project Financing

Should have handled a team of Area / Cluster Managers under him/her

Required Skills:

Good Communication.
