Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to medical emergencies and provide immediate care to patients.
• Assess and diagnose patients medical conditions.
• Monitor and report changes in patients conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician.
• Coordinate patient admissions and discharges.
• Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure efficient patient care.
• Document patients medical histories and treatment plans.
• Follow medical protocols and guidelines for different medical conditions.
• Communicate with attending physicians and specialists regarding patient care.
• Provide support and guidance to junior medical staff.

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of BAMS or MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license and registration.
• Prior experience as a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) in a hospital setting.
• Sound knowledge of medical ethics and patient confidentiality.
• Ability to make quick and accurate decisions in emergency situations.
• Proficiency in emergency medicine and critical care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently during night shifts.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
