Job Description

Overview:

The role of the MBBS RMO (Resident Medical Officer) at Banaras location is crucial in providing medical care and support to patients. The RMO plays a vital role in overseeing patient care and treatment providing medical assistance and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure highquality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing medical care and treatment to patients
  • Conducting regular patient assessments and evaluations
  • Responding to medical emergencies and providing immediate interventions
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborating with medical and healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care
  • Maintaining accurate and updated medical records
  • Assisting in surgical procedures and postoperative care
  • Ensuring compliance with medical standards and protocols
  • Participating in medical rounds and case discussions
  • Supporting in patient education and counseling
  • Adhering to patient confidentiality and privacy regulations
  • Participating in continuous medical education and training
  • Assisting in maintaining medical equipment and supplies
  • Communicating effectively with patients and their families
  • Supporting in clinical research and data collection

Required Qualifications:

  • MBBS degree from a recognized institution
  • Valid medical license and registration
  • Minimum of 13 years of clinical experience
  • Strong knowledge of medical procedures and treatments
  • Ability to work effectively in highpressure situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in medical recordkeeping and documentation
  • Capability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting
  • Sound decisionmaking and critical thinking abilities
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and ethical patient care
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and handle emergency responses
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Uptodate knowledge of medical advancements and best practices
  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful and challenging situations
  • Understanding of infection control and safety measures
